Understanding the Different Laser Wavelengths. 650nm is the red laser wavelength, which is best known for treating soft tissue issues, skin conditions, wound care, burn healing, wrinkle reduction, elastin production, and a variety of superficial treatments. Red lasers typically penetrated just 1-2 depending upon the amount of power output.

Red laser therapy has been made popular in the Chiropractic industry as an effective adjunct to neurological applications, energy pathway tracing on the scalp and body.
