Connect the DGYAO knee pads to either of the two DC ports on the remote control unitNote: Remote has two DC ports. Connect the AC Adapter to the remote. Connect power cord to the AC Adapter.

Plug power cord into outlet (use USA to UK/Eu adapter in the UK/Europe). Press the ON/OFF switch on the remote to turn the lights on Note: Lights will auto-shut off after 20 minutes. You may turn them back on with the ON/OFF switch. You may use the device multiple times a day, but do NOT exceed 40 minutes of use in one session.
