I was given this device after I had foot surgery to help with my recovery and I no longer need it. I used it for about 3 weeks. It is a flexible red light therapy unit which can strap on to most any body part (lower back, ankle, knee, thigh, hands, elbow) or be used when lying down neck, etc. Red light therapy has some good science behind it in terms of helping to reduce inflammation and hence pain. This model also offers infared light, magnetic and micro-vibe. You don't feel anything and it doesn't get hot.
